Who are we?

Tea Tree Gully Anglican Community is a group of Christians who seek to serve Jesus Christ as the Lord of our lives. We are a Christ-focused, Bible-believing and Gospel-centred church. As a church family we come from all walks of life, and range from babies to baby boomers and beyond. We are part of the Anglican Diocese of Adelaide.

Our aims

As a church we aim to:

• ...introduce people to Jesus, God's living Son - the only one through whom we can have a healed relationship with God. More online information about Jesus can be found here.
• ...teach people of the wonderful love God has shown each of us:
       "God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only son Jesus, so that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)
       "God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
• ...encourage and support Christians to live in the way God reveals to us in the Bible. The Bible urges "in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as 'living sacrifices', holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship."(Romans 12:1)

Whether you are just visiting, or looking for a permanent Christian home, our church aims to be a loving and supportive family for you.
We are encouraged to support one another as Christians with these words - "Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up the habit of meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another - and all the more as you see the Day of the Lord approaching." (Hebrew 10:24-25)
